Hope your getting cuddles really soon :-D, i'm trying to remember the name of a wool I saw, it was gorgeous, it was a rainbow colours mix in cotton 4ply, not cheap but lovely ... it'd be ideal but I can't remember the make :_|

Well I have been to see the OH nurse but she didn't sign me off to go back to work for three reasons.

1. I can't wear a shoe all day.

2. Big toe is bleeding.

3. My client is going into hospital tomorrow for pain management, so not relying on me.

Probably for the best as it's a bit sore if I'm honest.

My hairdresser had their 3rd daughter 3 months ago & last week I was privileged to have a big, smiley cuddle - adorable!

My niece is due to give birth at the beginning of December; Mum is only 18

Not 'disastrously' young, but we all get the feeling that she is anticipating something like a cute puppy 😮

Congratulations on baby girl H.  I've just finished a Sublime knitting pattern, easy peasy and looks very cute.  Used their bamboo/silk yarn in 'tutu' - not pink and not lilac - somewhere in between.  They also have a gorgeous peach colour 'sweetpea'.  Not cheap, but you only need 2 50g balls for the 1st size.

Huggles, Sublime also do a baby yarn with a touch of cashmere - so beautifully soft.  I am trying to resist buying some in a beautiful apricot shade called piglet,
