I do believe I've heard that they fly over the top (or thereabouts) because it's not as far as flying round the fat bit in the middle.  If you know what I mean.:-)

oh i think i would have died of fright with the turbulence, only flown twice and i was sick with nerves the whole time.

cleaned out the attic again yesterday....and put my back out hovering up the bits of carp.

had to call the two big lads to get me off the floor, was stuck there for 10mins with the hover in my hand...:_|

and one of them had me by the diddy before he realised, think ive tramatised him:^O

Glad to hear you had a good holiday Gina - shame about the flight back though.

I'm off for my foot operation shortly, so will be back by lunchtime and have lots of enforced rest time to spend on here / knitting / sewing 😄

I've started my snake....it's about 3ft long but it will have to be hoooooge because I want to sew it up like the one you did for me Maggie...so I guess it will need to be at least 12ft. I know, it's daft but I have to do it:^O

Foot is raised above hip height and I have just taken some painkillers as the throbbing has started.

Will be doing some hand sewing or knitting this afternoon to keep busy 😉
