we spent friday night/saturday at a hotel in Shepperton for  a family wedding. The hotel had  a gorgeous little garden with a mirror water feature & a hardwood garden swing. Well for some reason every time we went into the garden the swing was empty & we ended up with it. Liked it so much that I've just ordered the identical one (but the 2 seat version instead of the 4 seater at the hotel).

Also booked our holiday for october as hubby has booked my 'surprise' holiday for our usual holiday time in september.

Managed to spend a fortune without leaving the house:-)

although my hip aching is  new 😞

I'm tird too but I ain't done anything out of the ordinary, think I just slept badly.

Making the most of the weather, forecast is rain for us:-(

i like scottish weather, this is freak temps

nothing good comes from this weather

yesterday i was cleaning the insides of the windows

a woman across the way came out in a bright blue bikini 😐

(not young nor remotely slim)

she got in her car and came back while i was still cleaning

with a carrier bag

she had gone to the shops like that 😐

can somebody please think of the children:_|

I can hear water running. 😐 Big son has gone to work, everyone else is asleep except me. Nothing is on. Thinking this could be bad news.
