Morning (just) 🙂
😞 CG but at least its still usable 😄 clever CGpa
😮 at Numptys weather
we went to to MIL visit yesterday & took her some flowers, we had to borrow a vase from the home to fit them in because ours wasn't big enough ........ she spent the rest of the visit worrying about it 😞 she was constantly asking what it was she'd borrowed, what did she have to give back, would we write it down to remind her 😞
Bless her, she won't enjoy those flowers now & I wouldn't be suprised if they get put in the bin today just so she can give that vase back :_|
Nice pics Huggles 😄

Sort out your jewellery boxes ladies! I bought my daughter a hanging jewellery holder thingy as part of her birthday present last week so on Friday she sorted out her jewellery box. She had a few very fine chains that she'd had as a child, you know the type from Argoose with a little pig or wishbone trinket on, cost about £4.99 each. She had some odd earrings and some out of fashion bits too, just a few things that fitted in the bottom of her palm. She took them to one of those gold shops just to save throwing them in the bin. The woman put them on the scales and it said 132g. Daughter had no idea what she'd get, could be £10 or £50 or even £100 (unlikely) She was surprised to say the least when the woman handed over £500!!! 😮 Guess what I've been doing this morning?;-)

I'd lay two flat next to each other then take one stitch through one then one stitch through the other (in a sort of zigzag) along each edge, capt..:-)

I use the wool. If you use the same colour as one of the squares, because they're next to each other and the stitches are in between them, you shouldn't really see them at all.

Yes, sew it half way down the depth, and if you take smaller stitches, especially on the different coloured side, it shouldn't show much. You could always use a different colour altogether and make it stand out as a feature. I'm sure the kitties won't mind whatever way you do it.:-D

I don't know. 😐
OH has just come home from squash really upset. One of the players collapsed & he had to call 999. The man is not as old as my OH but is probably in his 60's. It has really upset him. 😞
Feel bad now that OH only has a tuna salad for dinner! He needs comfort food.
