I can't paint the windows CB they are UPVC. It's not a cottage, although most of the neighbours are, it's a 1960's lump. Loads of windows and doors! We have seven doors to the garden downstairs plus patio doors to a balcony from our room.

id say 1st colour at the top looks nice,

cant remember what else i have read,

its not been a very good day had to cancel fleurs food, insurance , and dignity the pet people aranged her cremation  , we are picking her ashes up wednesday morning ,cant face going out till then as you have to come home and shes not here wagging her tail and burying her nose in the shopping bags,

still cannot belive shes gone, eyes keep leaking

Give yourself time. It's very raw and you can't expect to be coping well. You did pick the right wall colour so congratulations.

Top left - the darker one is nice too - but a darker colour weathers more or rather, shows the weathering more.  Trust me I've had a lot of houses.

Dear Waspy, I know, it is so very hard and it does take a long time to get over your loss. I still dream about my baby dog.  You have to try to remember all the good times you had with her.  You are allowed leaking eyes :-x

Huggles, I prefer the colour on the top left.

Waspy, it is very hard when you lose a much loved pet.  It is over thirty years since we had our last dog put to sleep and we still miss him terribly.  As RDW says, you are allowed to cry over your loss.  You must have a lot of happy memories of your beloved dog and they will never leave you.

I just had co phone call from my Sister during which she mentioned that I'm 50 next year about five times! You don't need that do you! Plus she's 12 years older than me!
