Grrrrrrrrrrrr

I have sewn this head on 3 times but it doesn't look right. Doesn't help that there is a line drawing, not a picture,

Perfect day for it really. Wind chill factor was ruddy cold. Hubby was quite cold by time we had lunch, so he put another lightweight jacket on and was fine after that. It was very boggy and slippy. Had to go through a couple of rivers as well.

I was snug as a bug in a rug.

Went over the Yorkshire Dales and ended up in Settle.
Stopped off first at some churches coffee morning. Had coffee and cake, the use of their toilets, bought things and had a little demonstration of hand knitting :_|

The excitement was just tooooooooooo much for me. :| Photobucket

Thrilled with threads Mrs R. Especially the Singer reel with the date on.:-D Thanks again. The Sylko ones are lovely for satin stitch as they are a wee bit thicker that what you get these days.:-)

Cold usually worries me as I get cold so quickly.

But, I had my ear muffs and then put my hood up when it was very icy wind.

Then, as I carry a neck gaitor that my mother bought me, I dragged that out of my bag whilst we had lunch and used it as a snood type thing.

Put my ear muffs on top of that and didn't need my hood after that. Toastie warm. I got some funny looks of the others though and one said "bless" :^O

Still, they know me and know I don't care what I look like as long as I am warm.

Right, I'm off again. Going to do the Earth hour and switch all my lights off.

Glad you like them Patch. I forgot about the one with the date on.

To think, that was the only thread available at one time. Must have had thicker needles.

🙂

Sorry and I'm not a vet but it sounds the same as my boy who is responding to coriolus ( also used for humans ). My vet was amazed at the improvement of Drummer and surgery was not an option as he has heart failure ( 8yr GSD ) but the original lump ( biopsied so proven skin cancer ), has healed completely and any new small sites that some up, go down again, sometimes with antibiotics, but increase dose of coriolus.

If you want to know more or ASQ me,feel free :-)
