Its hard work choosing fabric ya know ... wasnt easy finding just the right shade of red fabric

i havent made it yet

it only came on saturday

lolly wants one, so i was waiting till she was home to see if she wanted to make it herself

she is moving out to flatshare with her friend from uni

and leaving me with half her stuff

and taking half of ours with her

i cant figure out why its cost us SO much money when its her moving out

i did find my other harry p cushions i made for her though

and a roll i made for my sewing stuffs

i made a smaller one, more like a crayon roll, in batman fabric for Bradleys bow strings

he took it to a competition and he text "are you taking orders??"

my sewing is good enough for us, but not other folk

i may make them, his friends are a really nice bunch and the girls managed to get pink risers for their bows, but all the gear is aimed at men, so i can have fun making girly ones

i supplied them all with bow wax

bradley decided one night at 11.30 he NEEDED bow wax for the next day

so a couple of experiments later he left with home made bow wax, as you do!

hello everyone, having a good day?

I've been in the garden here this morning, OH cut the lawn and I've done the edges, gawd they tire me out, it goes on for miles!!! done now anyway.

Have had lunch...at 3pm..ooops I always get side tracked when I'm in the garden.

Afternoon all.

Love all the pics.  There are some very talented people on FHG.  

The weather here today hasn't been fit to do any gardening today.  It's blowing a gale which is making it feel cool.  Also, we've had quite a few showers some of them heavy.  I'd willingly accept 86 degrees Gina.  I've even had to put a cardigan on because it's quite cool.  

Off to do some more knitting.  I'm in headband/earwarmer mode at the moment.

Grrrr! After my ultrasound appt on 28th July the doctor told me he'd pass the results to the ortho guys & they'd send me an appt 'in a couple of days', well I hung on as I didn't want to chase them ( hate it when customers do it to us) & decided to phone today. Only to be told 'no you haven't got an appt, you didn't telephone for one' Wasted 3 weeks now, still don't know the result & I bet any surgery clashes with my holiday.

Those cushions are amazing merlin and any one would love them young or old

I've been for huge cuddles with the latest addition to the family and as with all the others am now totally besotted

If only the NHS would give you the correct information.  I mean, it would help.  I'm certain that they think you are mind readers.  Hope that you get it sorted soon Gina.

I bet you are enjoying the cuddles Stan.  I don't know what it is but I think that new born babies have a lovely smell.  Just loves them.

Agree new borns are just so adorable  

When we sat having or lunch at the nec a lady sitting feeding her 4 wk old daughter at the side of us , the little guggly snufly noises took me back 31yrs
