Sunday roast?

It's that long since we had a Sunday roast, I can't remember when it was.  We've had a small individual hot pot with steamed mixed veg.  We'll have our fresh fruit later.

We dont usually in the summer but I found a small piece of beef in the freezer so I thought it would make a change. I slow roasted it for 4 hours smells gorgeous.

Sunday roast?

I'm doing a slow-cooker chilli as I found loads of bits of sundry minced steak in the freezer. I'm almost sure not all of it's beef, but two packets are, so that'll do. As I like to put 3 times as much veg in as meat, it's so full I'm practically stamping it all down with my foot.
