Just asking if anyone else has taken this for their Migraines?. I have the 100mg and normally find one dose is enough for any one Migraine and they do work BUT they make me light headed for a little while and then really tired musclewise later on!, especially if im working!. It seems to sap my energy. I do have to take my Amitriptyline every night too but just wondered how the Imigran has affected others who may have taken it?

Rose, have they any idea what triggers these headaches? I mean you have so many of them, it can't be good for you, you poor thing xxx
my migraines were hormonal, so as I got older and entered the menopause, they stopped, plus I had an osteopath have a go at me and I haven't had one in over 5+ years.
Their Hormonal since i entered Perimenopause hun. I had another Blood test done this week as the doctor wants to see my Hormone levels. They have been out of kilter,, thats when the Migraines started. Their so much better now i have medication but i still get them. I cant take HRT because my family has history of cancer,, i dont really want too as it scares me a bit. i will have to take medication until i come out of menopause and hopefully they will stop..
i know you said you had them Books,,,was that in your Menopause time?.
Ohhhh i have never heard of that condition before. Its amazing the different things you can get, even the nerves in your face have all different names. That must hurt too.
