So whats everyone doing at the weekend?

I shall be resting after my manic week in the garden and sorting cupboards, and house work.

I shall be watching dvd's, maybe doing a bit of painting and surfing the net, One pot meals and soup lunches.

Leo, had she passed or is she learning?

If she's learning have a look at Collingwood, short term insurance for learners

Re: So whats everyone doing at the weekend?

I'm getting all my washing dry in the wind, good job as youngest son

had no less than six towels languishing on his bedroom floor and there

was me wondering where all our nice towels had gone!

Son and I are having a do what we like time as Hubby's away tonight,

so we are having curry for tea and I'm making glass stuff.  Our tabby cat

insists on sitting as close to me as he can get when I'm doing that,

so I have to be so careful.

Re: So whats everyone doing at the weekend?

Got a text from my friend asking if I fancied a day out in Edinburgh.

We were both at University there many years ago.

Got the train through, went to an art gallery, then a few of the vintage shops in Cockburn street,

then lunch.

Another friend who lives there joined us, then we visited Harvey Nicks,

then sat in the sun in St Andrews Square and had a couple of drinks, then a visit

to The Dome on George St then the train home.

A fantastic day out.

Please tell me though who can afford to shop in Harvey Nichols. I picked up a Cardigan which was

very nice and looked at the price...........................£550!!!!!

Re: So whats everyone doing at the weekend?

Had an appt at the hairdresser first thing yesterday morning, then the supermarket shop.  Did the washing and cleaning and made soup.

Today was ironing day and this afternoon I finished a tapestry that I've been doing for some time.
