Shrinking Lavender?.

I know i have asked before but have been observing my balcony plants. Even in the cooler months my Rosemary is positively thriving but Lavender has shrivelled up???????. Is it supposed to do this in Winter ?,as i dont know if its gone??? or will just reflower again when the time for Lavender comes round?. Its just got the look like someones put a match to it???. LOL. Awwwww nooooo. Any hope anyone?.

 Thought you had put Xrated Lavender on there Merc?????. Yes mine is like burnt twigs!!!!!!!!!!. The Twiggy effect!!!!!!!!!!!! LOL,LOL. It was so nice. It will be ok i will just keep it and see what it does,,,and get rid of twiggy heads!!!!!! LOL. The other plants have had water with rain so their ok but i jave to keep watering the Rosemary!!!. Its in like a Wood half a Keg Barrel sort of POT!!!!!. Im wondering if this is making it dry. The soil gets really dry even though its on the rainy side of the balcony...  I will keep giving it a little drink.
