I keep popping in, but we are so limited as to what we can talk about.

I prefer FB because it's more private and you can talk about virtually anything.

It is sad though, when I think of how busy these boards used to be.

Sorry Merc - things are just manic at present and by the time I am finished working I struggle to even keep awake, I'm also really struggling as there is a tree in blossom at the bottom of the garden and I'm coughing and sneezing, almost constantly despite 3 different anti-histamines

Evening all.  A few times this week, I've had trouble getting onto the boards for some reason.  

Today, I had to take my mum for a blood test this morning after which we went into town and had lunch at one of our local Wetherspoons.  We then had a mooch round town.

Sorry im not about much as i prefer FB as others have said its more 'user friendly' .

Also we still have the builders  here working on the house extension , its fallen behind schedule due to being let down by a roofer plus bad weather last few days . 

My little grandson Alfie will be 1 yr old on June 9th i can believe how fast this year has gone 🙂

yes it has gone quiet, it's a shame we used to have a good time but we have to be so careful what we say now, it's seriously altered how we use it on here.

But.......I iz here tonight...sneezing and snotty but I'm here, I haven't had a cold in about 8yrs and I'm not a happy coo off to bed now as I feel horrible.

Hope that you soon feel better CB.  It's a few years since I've had a cold and I hate them.  

I've started using Facebook again.  Mainly because my family are spread about all around the country.  At least I can have a chat with them and a the few friends I have on there without having to worry about what I write on hear.  It's a shame how things have turned out on here. It used to be really good on here.

Hi all.  Been out for lunch with a couple of friends today.  I just had a bacon toastie as we normally have a big meal at tea time during the week.
