The wind here is still very bad.  It's coming from the north.  As luck would have it, our bedrooms are south facing so we shouldn't hear too much of it come bedtime.  I hope that nobody has any structural damage.

Our room is south facing and now the wind direction has changed I can't hear it luckily, last thing I need is to be kept awake all night.

Hope that you are ok Myra, we have a wood burning stove and it acts like a huge radiator and the heat emanates all through this part of the house.  I am allergic (asthma) to coal dust.

Morning all.  We've got a thin covering of the snow mixed in with quite a bit of hail.  They've just forecast sleet instead of heavy snow for us for the next few hours.  One of my cousins in south Wales wants or rather needs to get his sledge out.

Sorry that you're snowed in Merc.  We've got snow at the moment but only about an inch or two at the most.  Hopefully, we should have some heavy rain later and it will clear all of the snow.

STILL NO SNOW HERE.

Sunny spells and heavy showers here, went for my mamagram this morning boy it was chilly walking to it. Luckily it is parked in the car park next to where I work.

Think that I chose the right week to work in Miami.

We have been eating lunch outside (in the shade so that I don't end up like a boiled lobster), down at the beach every afternoon / evening. The coldest it has been since I got here VERY late on Monday is 14 degrees.

Sends our snow over to the coo.  It's sunny at the moment and we've had a few more flakes of snow.  It's supposed to be milder here tomorrow.  Fingers crossed that it will be.

Nearly all of our white stuff has gone now thankfully.  It's still on the cold side and there's a bit of a breeze about.

it has snowed today, and hailed, and rained, about the only thing we haven't seen is the sun! Raining hard at the moment and very windy but has been blowing a gale all night. No damage so far (fingers crossed for tonight) and at least the rain will wash away any snow. Just want the wind to ease off tonight so we can get some sleep, the noise was awful last night.
