Yes i think it was ,even thought their hormone related im finding weather ,food and stress triggers them more easily now while im going through peri menopause.

Afternoon all.  I'm shattered.  We've been to the funeral of the husband of a friend of my mums.  We then went to the club where the wake was and we've not been back long.

I've hurt my back I got clever yesterday and dug a hoooooge hole to put a shrub in, of course I went at it like a bull at a gate, didn't feel anything wrong, but oi! today in work I could hardly move the trolley!!

I've put the tens machine on for an hour so let's see if that helps. Oh, and I'm off me grub...no coo nuts for me ...

I use one of those heat thingys that you put in the microwave when my back is bad, don't laugh but I tuck it in my trousers so I can walk around with it on.

That's a good idea ed.  We've got a couple of those things that are heated in the microwave and I think that they are good.

I have done that in the past, but I just tuck it into my trousers to pee my OH off,  it winds him up for some reason,  also it is the size of a hot water bottle so it looks hilarious, I don't care because it makes my back better.

Morning all.  It looks like it's going to be another nice day here.  I'll be meeting a few friends in town first thing then I'll go for a swim and get back as mother wants to go for a food shop.  We might get some jobs done in the garden this afternoon.

Afternoon all.  I've had a busy day today.  I took my mum shopping this morning and we had our lunch.  We have a couple of hours gardening time this afternoon.  It's clouded over at the moment.

Its been a funny day , i was booked onto a sewing course today that turned out to be changed to something that wasn't planned , ok still learnt how to do a technique so happy .

Can home to find a horse box one the road out side my house & a horse with its handler on my drive:O

 Looks like there were two horses in a trailer & one has taken ill or something so the other was taken out to wait for another horse box to collect it , that has now happened but  poorly one is still in its box .

Now have police directing traffic so they must be waiting for a vet , poor horse i hope its ok 😞
