The weather is awful  we have heavy rain wind & its cold brr .  

Pity i have to go out or it would deffo be a sewing day , next door has a line full of washing out 😞

Morning all.  Dreadfull rain over night and at dog walking time 2 drowned dogs and one drowned Vicky lovely..  Absolutely chucked it down untill half an hour ago.,  all water butts are now full.  Stangely although forecast for strong winds, there is not a breath of wind here.

Sun is out now hardly a cloud in the sky.  Righto out goes my washing then.

According to my son it was really windy in the night and it kept him awake, I must have been out for the count then.

Morning everyone, chilly and grey in Dartford. I have the week off work and am decorating the hall, stairs and landing  it badly needs doing. I've made a start, ordered the paint and washed the walls and ceiling. Going out to pick the paint up now.

I do have to go to work on wednesday as I wanted next monday off too and didn't have enough days left to take all 6. Away to the Forest of Dean for the weekend to see my brother and wanted the Monday off too.

Best get on I don't expect to finish the decorating this week, but hope to break the back of it.

Afternoon all.  It's quite sunny here at the moment and the wind has dropped.  It's not very warm though.  We've been promised more wind and rain for the rest of the week though.

Cold, wet and miserable here - threw it down until lunchtime, but has finally stopped.

Have been shopping for embroidery fabric and threads so that I can start on granddaughter's xmas pressie.

Turned out lovely in the end. The wind dropped & the rain stopped & out came the sun!:)

It started to rain about lunch time.  Not a lot really but the workmen left at 2.30!  It's been on and off just drizzly since then, so the drive will be at least an extra day!

Yes, the drive is certainly looking good CG. 

We have wall to wall sunshine at the moment but it is cold.  I dread the thought of winter.

it was terrible here this morning, the rain was awful, then the sun came out and it's been a lovely afternoon.

been and had my flu jab this morning, then we had our fish and chips by the sea.

I've had to put some washing in the tumble....it's making a funny noise now.....

Im in tonight between here & watching telly while DH continues to make a mess of the bathroom there is nothing in it at all now   except pipes !     Exposed  the horrid flamingo pink tiles that were behind the bath too

I had Tára in last night as the wind was rattling the doors windows etc, she got scared so ended up on the top bunk of the boys triple bunk.
