Well didn't do exactly nothing today, did the washing again, where does it all come from..............
Also as I had 200 free listings (200 wow) I thought I would put some stuff on for a laugh. they wont sell but at least it won't cost anything.
What a lovely day today, it is supposed to be going downhill from now on I believe coming down from the north. This morning I was just saying I can not remember the last time I wore a coat must be around April time I think or was it the begining of May?

Afternoon all. We've had lovely weather here today. We've managed to get a load of washing done, which reminds me, I will have bring it in soon as it's already dry. It's just started to cloud over. We should have had rain last night but we only had a few spots which wasn't what was forecast.
Sorry that your blood pressure is up again Rose. It's not nice. It's a while since I've had mine checked.

Only a little and it could be that i was at the docs and waited forty minuites for my appointment. I was starting to panic id got there and missed them calling me LOL. Do you have High Blood pressure then Books???.
30-09-2014 4:29 PM
I'm not surprised that your blood pressure was up Rose. It was like that at our previous GP's. You could wait for at least 45 minutes for your appointment and that was on a good day. We changed GP's four years ago and it's brilliant. More often than not, we are in either early or on time. It's always mad busy at our surgery but they are brilliant.

Yes Books,, i was fidgeting like i do when i panic a bit. Looking at my notes id written for her, getting my glasses out, then glasses on head, then off head, then looking at phone at the time. Then when i got in the surgery i gabble away cos we only get ten minutes!. Its not enough!!. Then i was dropping me papers and everything,,dropped my glasses in her box of tissues!. LOOOOL LOL LOL LOL LOL LOL. My GAWD!!!!!.

I've just seen a story on our local news that goes to show that not all youngsters are bad. A lady was watching televison and she didn't realise that her kitchen was on fire. Three 15 year olds - two girls and one boy - walked passed the house and saw the smoke coming out of the kitchen and knocked at the ladies door and they managed to get the lady and her dog out of the house. These youngsters all deserve medals for saving the lady. Well done to the three of them.

Well, it has been an interesting day. Had the deputy director of social to see me to try to sort out the almighty mess that they have made of the funding for youngest son's support package. I am currently nearly £17,000 out of pocket as I have been paying the care provider whilst they try to get their act together.
Sent an email to the management at work pointing out that they have (yet again) underpaid me, that my contract clearly states that during periods of sickness when half pay is due, that statutory sick pay should be paid IN ADDITION to half of normal salary. Of course no answer from them.
Had a meeting with the management at the hospital to discuss toilet accessibility (or the lack of it) - when I insisted that they actually tried using a wheelchair they got a HUGE shock. I don't suppose it will do any good, but will keep trying.
I am shattered now, and I have an outpatients appointment tomorrow.

Blimey, Stroppy, how you cope with all that going on, I don't know. Good luck with everything that's going on.
