Ahhhh thanks Patch ,,Suffolk ohhhh our CG lives in a lovely place then. Coming back from town and it tipped down with lots of thunder!!. I stopped with everyone else just inside The Shopping Centre and waited for it to pass!!. Now its sunny again. Mixture of both today. Cooler aswell,,,very nice.

Afternoon all.  So far, we've had no rain today - yet.  It's blowing a gale here at the moment.  I'll have to move our bin and recycled rubbish down soon as they'll be emptied tomorrow.  It looks like it might rain soon.

Hellooo, not too bad weatherwise today, a couple of heavy showers and strong winds, but sunny otherwise, have spent the day with my parents today.  Early to bed tonight as working in the morning.

Mouse, I've just had a reply from my uncle and he never worked at Castle Martin.  He says that Castle Martin is a heavy artillery base and if the wind's in the right direction, you can hear them. That's rich coming from him as he is supposed to have problems with his hearing.  I think that it is selective deafness with him as he hears what he wants to hear.

Books, it's possible he's right.... I'm about 6 or 7 miles away and you can really hear the guns, both tanks and small arms. When the wind is in the right quarter you'd swear the battalions or whatever are in your back yard. He's probably also heard a couple of refinery explosions in his time! Do you ever visit?

I've not been down there I must admit.  He's been up here a few times but not for over four years due to health reasons.  One of my cousins works in the refinery at Milford Haven.

I heard Lots of Foxes outside the night before last and again last night. Sounded like a lot of younger ones as they were more screechy sounding!!!!. They do make some very odd noises like clacks and clicks.. Very odd sounds!!. I saw one run across the road into the big garden opposite. There must be a family of them in the area. I tend to hear them and then you dont see or hear any for a while!. Lovely.

Afternoon all.  It is not as windy here today as it has been.  We had a quick shower earlier on.  

I had a couple of hours this morning when I couldn't get onto eBay.  I tried on Chrome and Internet Explorer.  I did get a message once when it said that the website was temporarily unavailable.  Never mind.  As least I am back on here now obviously.

Early finish for me today (mind I id start at 6am) as just about to wrap D's pressies as she's one today (wow where did that year go !!)

Then just got to wait for them to arrive home from their day at Chirk castle and I can pop round to drop them off .............. plus pinch a cuddle

Oh I love cuddles from little people.  Grace can be playing away happily and then she'll come up to you and tell you that she needs a cuddle.  I think it's brilliant when they are like that.

 Chris - when is the new babby due, & do we know what flavour it will be ?

The new baby is due on 16th January and it will be pink flavoured.  Grace is over the moon.  She's shown us the picture of the scan and she's said that she will share her toys with the baby when it's born.
