Thought I would post this early for Diamond as they will already have had their tea.
We will be having pork and apple sausages, mashed potatoes and onion gravy with broccoli and cabbage.

Thanks saasher, my own fault to be honest. I lost a shed load of weight last year and it has started to creep back, make that sprint back on.
Even with my fingers in my ears, I can still hear the local chip shop calling my name.

Turkey salad for us today followed by the usual fresh fruit. I am also trying to lose weight. What doesn't help is that I'm going out for lunch twice next week.

The Chinese take-away sent a king prawn stir fry for me to try for them.
Prawns,oyster mushrooms, noodles, bean sprouts, carrots, baby sweetcorn, bamboo shoots, water chestnuts, cucumber, onions and pak-choi.
It was really tasty.
