Tonight we are having Roasted vegetables  (Tomatoes, Courgettes, Onions, New Potatoes, carrots and peppers with chirzo) basically using up the veggies in the fridge before my shopping delivery on Monday.

he is dominated in this house, I shop, I cook, so we eat what I chose, like it or lump it!

We are a partnership, he earns the money and I spend it.   He looks after me and I look after myself  him.

Tonight we are having salmon fillets with chips and a chilli ginger and lime dressing. This first week back at work after many years has been hard to get into a routine so I have actually been eating very little but today I have made a bolognese which will last most of next week.

Been far toooooooooooooo busy this week to get onto the boards and well done Ed for taking over the tea thread. Once I get into a work routine I will be back on board with you other lovely ladies.

we had chicken thighs mash and carrots and sprouts, with lovely gravy on. (I sat in the wheelchair and did most of it, to give OH a rest and got a balling out for doing it!!!!)

still it was lovely!!!

I wish! I was just amused by the I & we part of the thread, & then got confused, it happens a lot in my case I'm afraid. I'm really not sure if it's soggy brain syndrome or a latent desire to be a blond, that's a complement to blondes by the way, see what I mean?

Well "I" had egg sarnies, the "we" had chicken dinosaurs and sweet potato chips and as for the "us" ......................well they can heat up the chicken casserole thats sitting in the pressure cooker later

We as in we had roasted vegetables,  I only cook one meal so it will be something we both like, which is most things.

I am baffled as to that comment, but hey ho it takes allsorts.

Sorry I have no idea who you are talking about,

We as in both of us love roasted vegetables, this consists of Courgettes, Tomatoes, red onion, carrots, new potatoes,  any thing that needs using up really I usually put a few slices of chirizo sausage with it and use the oil to drizzle over the top makeing a lovely spicey taste. I then serve it with either pasta or rice, it is very tasty. Don't knock it until you try it.
