Since forever I have been tired. It's horrible. I have no energy and am on a go-slow in my head and body. I am so unfit. It's a vicious circle really, I want to exercise and feel fitter but I am so exhausted I just cant.
It is so embarrassing I can only manage 15 minutes walking on the treadmill
So, all kinds of things were in my head about possible reasons.... anaemia? Thyroid? Vitamin deficiency? even ME ??
Well, I had the blood tests. Today all that was revealed was a few vitamin deficiencies.
I was secretly worried about cholesterol, but that was low (I celebrated with a chocolate bar!!)
I have folate defecieny - so need folic acid
I have vitamin D deficiency - so need to take a supplement.
I am just hoping that if I stick with the vitamins and try to increase my exercise, things will improve. I need this fuzzy brain fog to lift. I need some zest & vitality back!
I am looking forward to having a big change in my life 🙂

They do say Vitamin D can be quite important!!!!!!!. Take it easy Pixachu and i hope you feel stronger soon!!!!!!. Bless you.
