Pony trekking holidays and other group type holidays in UK

Does anyone have any recommendations for pony trekking holidays in UK please?  Also any other type of group type holidays.

I'm newly single and would like an interesting break/holiday this year which ideally makes the most of our beautiful countryside.

Any location in UK considered.

Yes - do be happy for me :-).  I've kept a low profile on here for a little while but I moved into a lovely rented flat middle of March.  Been a bit of a heavy few weeks but I am loving it now.  I love having my own space and I am lucky to have very nice neighbours and a beautiful shared garden with more bird boxes in one place than I have ever seen! 

Unfortunately I can't have pets there but I'm still spending a lot of time with darling spaniel Wilson who is the most joyful dog and full of love.  As soon as I can get a place I can afford to buy I will and then it will be chickens, rabbits, a dog - the works!!!!

could recommend a great place in donegal....... but would be a bit costly to travel to;-)
