Sorry I know others have asked recently but I have no idea of London areas.
I have been trying different maps and parking zones etc but cant seem to get any closer than a 10 minute walk.
We are going to the Eventim Apollo, Queen Caroline Street, W6 9QH on Sunday 6th April at 7.30pm. travelling up the M20 from Kent. We are very nervous about using the tube as we are country bumkins;) so hoped we could park within 15minutes walking distance.
If anyone can offer advice about the best way to get to the venue we would really appreciate it.
One thing I have found is there is no congestion to pay:D
Thankyee....

what does the venue website say about parking?
tubes not too bad if you arent going too many stops and like stairs and escalators

Eventim Apollo does not have any parking spaces and we would advise customers not to drive and park in the surrounding areas due to it being mostly residential areas and car crime being at a current high.
It is possible to drop off directly outside the venue on Queen Caroline street.
The nearest 24-hour car park is located behind the Kings Mall and accommodates 1000 cars. The car park can be entered up until 20:00 and cars can be collected anytime.
Novotel London West, located 3 to 5 minutes walk from the Apollo offers great and secured car park facilities. Up to 240 bays are available on a first come first served basis. Prices are £3.00 an hour or £1.00 an hour if you are staying at the hotel.
doesnt tell you a cost but i guess its googleable

Thanks Towery I read that one this morning but it worried me when I read the public feedback on the mulit storey. My DD is taking her car and I would hate it if anything happened to it.

OH good grief! Can't believe they say car crime is rife there! They're scaremongering totally imo to put people off parking
Believe me it's absolutely fine round there as I have a good friend that I visit all the time and never once seen evidence of car crime!
Anyway....handy little parking spot with meters is beside Hammersmith Bridge. You then just walk under the flyover to the venue
Check the parking zones but mostly you can park for free on Residents bays and single yellow lines too on a Sunday so in fact any of the surrounding streets come to think of it, but do check as some zones extend to Sundays
If you were heading to cross south over Hammersmith Bridge take the immediate right just before the Bridge, down the side of the mansion block. The meter are there and tbh a few round Rutland Grove too
Enjoy

Looks like Controled parking Zone (CPZ) is 'A' for that area so feel free to park on Residents bays or single yellow lines!

Kings Mall car park is the closest and driving up will be considerably cheaper than using public transport.
The reviews on the car park are normal for London and would not give me any cause for concern.
Have you got your tickets already?
The reason I ask is most major coach companies do excursions to the shows in London and you might find a local company that is covering the event.
Return coach travel door to door and your tickets all in one price.
Just a thought.

Yes I managed to get online tickets but not the venue we wanted, that was sold out so as soon as I found some for sale I got them.
We have been on a coach/ticket venue and couldnt fault it but could not find this venue for that so opted to drive.
Thank you for putting my mind at rest about car parking, I will work out if we think a Sunday afternoon should'nt be too bad for parking then let Mr Sat Nav do the rest 😉
Thanks everyone...x
