I have been worried about who our new incoming neighbour might be - we live in flats on top of one another and the last 3 tenants have been alcoholics - delightful gentlmen, but oh dear, their visitors!  The Police have been called on several occasions (fights, damage to property etc).  Well... Mister New Tenant is young, polite, well-spoken, respectful and cheery.  And, er, good-looking.  Oh, the gods are smiling on this old Mouse today!  At last a bit of sanity has been used in the selection process, it seems.

Gee, I wish I lived beside all of you.  I'd never need to worry.

Neighbour has gone out for the evening, and will partake of chicken stew when he gets back, if not tomorrow.  He's gorgeous looking.  Sadly if I were 20 years younger I'd still be too old - but I can be a sort of mum instead!
