I like the strawberry and orange Roses. So if I were to buy a tin, I would probably take all them out and then hide the tin, that way I wouldn't eat any more.
I don't do Christmas untill December, working in a shop you get fed up with it.

Not me, we don't have Christmas sweets as we all have far too many sweets,
cakes, treats etc at Christmas anyway, plus sweets etc that people give us.
Also I will not succumb to the usual greedy supermarkets trying to get us
to buy their tins of sweets in September and stupid prices. Greed fuelling
greed, that's what it is.
However, if I want or need a tin of sweets for something, then I will look
around and get one, but not just for the sake of it.

I've not had a morsel of chocolate for 16 days now, even though I have a drawer full and hubby has two of those big tins of Roses and Celebrations that he got for his birthday recently. I've cut my crisp consumption to three small packets a week instead of one a day and when I do have the crisps I give up one of my two glasses of wine to 'pay' for them. I've also started swimming and I've only lost 5lbs! The thing is, if I go back to the choccy and crisps, not only will I put back the 5lb but another half a stone too!!

Well done CG keep it up, I lasted a week, then hubby forgot bought me some and silly me I ate it.

While I'm doing well and losing weight I have the will to carry on but as soon as I stop losing weight I lose the will and give in.

Well then CG and CB as you are both doing so well and to show you what a truly good friend I am I am offering to help you out, so if you would like to pack up that extra cake, chocolate, crisps and wine and post it on to me I will make sure that all those extra calories are safely stored away for you.
