Never used to like them at home.....Mum was of the 'boil 'em til ya can suck 'em through a straw' school of cooking.....

Love them now......stir fried with crispy bacon....nom...

I can take or leave Brussels , but they don't like me! I really like Brussel tops, they are not as spiteful!!
