Not an urban legend

The case of Margorie McCall

I have brought my kids to the old graveyard in Lurgan where we have seen this ladies headstone, facinating story of this lady who lived once buried twice,

if you cant be bothered reading the link, marjorie was pronouced dead, buried and next thing she was knocking on her husbands door.

This is not an urban legend, as has been well documented, however as usual people like to embelish the facts

I knew there was a reason I decided to be cremated!!

I wonder if she ever took the ring off after that? Woman Surprised

And I also wonder if the grave robbers ever returned to their illegal dealings?

Not an urban legend

Something similar happened to my great grandfather back in the late 1800s.

He bacame ill and apparently died.

He was confirmed dead by a doctor, death certificate was issued, and according to custom back then, was laid out in the parlour

Luckily, he woke up before the undertaker arrived.

If he hadn`t have woken up when he did, I would not be here now.

oh wow mustard....... now that is amazing!!!!

think thats where the irish (and i'm sure other nationalities) have the WAKE... our loved ones are brought home after the under-taker has done the necessary, a few hours later.

Usually they are in the coffin in one of the upstairs bedrooms (some-one always has to be there in the room, throughout the night and all)

depending on the time of death, they are buried two days later.

Have to say, you can usually hear laughter and banter from the family and friends, as they reminisce about their darlings
