I have ordered some things online which have so far not turned up and worryingly i cannot get a reply by e.mail to the company and when i ring it goes through to a design company who have not heard of the company i brought my goods from?. I brought online a week ago so do not know if i have to ring the credit card company or do i have to report a possible bogus company?, then to whom do i tell?. The products might yet turn up and nothing untoward has happened ( i.e funds going missing) as yet. But how long do i wait/. Just wondered if anyone has had an experience like this and what they did. The company are on Facebook and i thought i had used them before but have no records i can look back. Surely they must be a real company, people are doing blogs online about receiving things off them so?..... HELP. X-(

have you googled ' promblem+ then the name of the company ?
have you any invoice/proof of payment with a different email or telephone number?

ME panicking, i did e.mail another address i saw on their list of terms and conditions. Some one e.mailed me back saying Royal Mail have lost parcels and mail posted on the day they posted theirs!!! awwww. They said they would redeliver on Monday and if i got the other one it was an extra one with their compliments. Bless!!!. I sent an e.mail to Royal Mail telling them about this and sayain FIND MY POST"" if you have any, and send it to me PRONTO !!. PANIC over thank you peeps!! ((())) :-x
