Well, it has taken me almost 2 hours to get just 2 auctions up and running.  Ebay is running so slowly for me today 😞  I will do another 3 listings on a 5 day course from Tuesday, sorry, am not up to sitting and messing about with listings for too long today.

Off to have a look at items on offer, Good Luck to all who have listed this month, lets hope we all do okay for our chosen charities 🙂

i have just listed all mine on both my ids and some charity listings as i done so much crafting and i had no problems listing at all.and i all ready has a bid.thank you very much

now of to see what i can bid on.

I am off to the walk in centre as I'm fairly certain that my kidney infection has flared up again. I bet that they send me to A & E though.

4 up and running but having the same problem with photo's , shows fine on my selling list but when I search one of them shows as photo not available Arghhhhhhh

There is a discussion about pics over on another board Maggie and there is a problem tonight but the do eventually appear just seems to be a time delay

Stan & Maggie - your pictures are showing when I search - lovely items.

This is why I try to avoid listing on Sunday - I always try to list earlier in the week and schedule the listings to start at about 10pm on the mdcc Sunday. I can then revise the listings so that they start immediately, and I avoid the scheduled listing fee. If something happens and I don't manage to revise the listings, then the items get listed late evening, and the 6p charge doesn't break the bank.

They have absolutely no interest in MDCC over there Stan. All the old crowd are long gone.

Hi all,

Gave up fighting with ebay last night - it appears to have accepted 3 listings but the other 2 have disappeared into the ether.

Up for grabs is another jar of jam - raspberry or blackberry, the wee Travelling Tilly who has made an unexpected, but very welcome, appearance just in time for Halloween & my friend Isabel has promised to make me a tray of her prize-winning Tablet next weekend so goodies galore 🙂 As Tablet is a traditional Scottish treat, the calories all fall out when it crosses into foreign lands ie anywhere apart from Scotland! An added bonus is that while the scottish calories stay put, they are geographically affected so again, they are invalid outside Dumfries & Galloway  😉

I also have some new seeds but they're not showing up 😞 GRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR

Good luck everybody.................I'm wondering if all the greedy fingers in the ebay pie plus the ludicrous postal prices, will be the end of mdcc as we know it.  Much as I hope not, if we are ending up out of pocket, it defeats the object of doing it 😞  Sorry if this has already been said - I've been out of action for a while.

Could do with a cheering-up session ............anybody got any good news, please?  Come on, share it out 🙂
