By my reckoning it should be MDCC time this Sunday...

I'll be listing for Days for Girls (see Maggie and Dairy's soap thread for details), YCR, Chaldon and Postpals.

Does anyone have any requests for items?

Great news about the free listing weekend PCP. 🙂

I am sadly in no position to make anything to eat as I have a fractured shoulder and something to do with calcified tendons after a cyclist who was on the pavement crashed into me.:(

Ah well, time to photograph and prepare my listings.

Had an argument with a local in one shop.  Apparently her (adult) son had been accosted by some old lady and told not to ride on the pavement.  He was riding on the pavement because it isn't safe for him on the road and what should he do. My suggestion of walk, bus or learn to drive went down like a lead balloon. She just couldn't see that riding on the pavement made the pavements unsafe for pedestrians.

Well, I am sure that I can find a batch of blankies for YCR (Haworth).

I could manage a batch of flapjack bites if anyone is interested.

I have some lovely crochet baby headbands.

Mind you, it will all depend on if I can manage to sneak home for a few hours to do the listings.

And if I make bookmarks, I can try to personalise them a little, maybe with an initial, or some sparklies 🙂

Will find some things for YCR and Sylver Bunnies and I think I will be putting something up for MacMillan Nurses this time as well. My mum has been in hospital for a couple of weeks now, she has cancer of the colon, spread to her lungs...only recently found out, not having any treatment, just building her up to come home, but I went to the MacMillan centre at the hospital yesterday and they were so lovely and helpful. Got me lots of information, were happy to chat and got things moving far better than the ward staff have.

was not sure what twishy fishy would look like when finished ?:|but i showed him to oh and his reply was (what on earth have you put a snorkel on a fish for and looking at me as if i was mad)]:) so i knew he looked ok:-D
