He's beautiful and I'm sure will bring a load of joy into your lives. We are debating getting another dog having vowed "no more" when we had to part with the last one, so am feeling just a tiny bit envious! Love the name Buddy, think you should stick with it.

Re: I just couldn't say no to this puppy

I said the same after losing our last dog, I was sure I wouldn't get another, but when I saw him I couldn't say no, the kids had been pestering me for a dog for a while and I missed having a dog around.

He's lovely! I think Buddy is a nice name and would be easier to shout, and easier for him to get used to. I wish him a happy life with you and look forward to hearing more about him!

Re: I just couldn't say no to this puppy

He looks lovely, no wonder you caved in and took him.

I was exactly the same when we had to let our dog go and play at Rainbow Bridge, I said no more but the house was not the same without a dog so eventually we rescued this little chap

Well he barks alot, cry's alot chews alot and bites all the time......

It's like having a baby lol, id rather have a baby than a pup again, apart from all that the kids love him , hes having a great time and is doing great.....

Re: I just couldn't say no to this puppy

Sounds like he is teething with chewing and biting a lot, sometimes think a puppy is harder than a human baby! We have decided against getting another dog, at least for the moment, and are waiting to hear if we are going to buy two giant breed cats, as if both dogs passing away this year wasn't bad enough we also had to part with the cat recently, the house is awful with no animals. Big hugs to little Buddy puppy
