Im starting to think this man is really a Magician. His programmes are amazing, what he does with food and how he thinks up these things is spectacular. He really is not afraid to think outside the box when cooking and using ingredients, or putting together flavours you would never even think of. I would really love to taste some of it!!. I know he does food for W*****rose but has anyone else been amazed by what he does or tasted any of his food ranges?. I especially love the sweet programmes he did when he made giant things or bigger than usual. Ha ha ha MINDBLOWING!!!!.

Couldnt agree more. His latest series of traditional british foods is amazing. I loved it when he made the gingerbread house.
He is also a nice guy......not up his own a***. Wouldnt mind him coming round to my house and showing me a thing or two LOL

Quite a gastronomic experience.
I went to The Fat Duck in Bray (2003) before he got his 3rd Michelin star, it was pretty fantastic back then.
Just after he got his 3rd MS the restaurant was voted the best in the world. He's a genius with food, a very very clever man.
I would love to try his tasting menu which he wasn't doing when I went there.

Ha ha, good. They should stick to good, wholesome food rather than pandering to weird and unnatural concoctions.

Can't see anything wrong with any of those dishes, but can't say I'd fancy 2 helping of scollops!
Perhaps some should stick to pub grub.
Talking of which, for anyone wanting to enjoy a Heston Blumenthal menu for 25-30% of Fat Duck prices, he also owns the Hinds Head pub on the other side of Bray High St. which I can personally recommend.
Untried, but in last couple of years he's also bought the Crown pub, might be more to your taste, cee-dee, believe they even do fish and chips.

I think it all looks like good food. Some is a bit exotic for pedestrian tastes but I would happily eat it. Couldn't afford the prices though!
