My goodness it is windy tonight and heavy rain, Cornwall is getting it much worse by the sounds of it, power off and falling trees, Possible red flood warning for Dorset coast for tomorrow morning, take care Patch.

Friends near Warwick have  lost the roof off their 2 storey extension last night,  OH was due to go and stay this evening for a few days

but as it was over the room he would have stayed in he is not going now.

It appears there is no end in sight to this rubbish weather.

Looks like the rest of February is gonna remain wet & windy, with one stormy front after the other hitting us from across the Atlantic according to all the long range weather forecasts I'm keeping an avid eye on 😞

We've just got rain at the moment but they've forecast strong winds and more rain forecast for the next few days.

The rain has gotten heavier over the past half an hour since I got out of the bath 😛

It's started blowing a gale here at the moment and it's on the cold side.  I feel sorry for anyone who has it really bad.  As I've said before, I'm lucky where I live 'cos we don't normally get too many extremes of weather and I feel for people who are getting extremes of weather.

it's been a gorgeous day here, not a breath of wind, lovely blue sunny skies. I feel a bit guilty as peeps have it so bad and nothing is happening here!!!

evidently tomorrow will be rotten, rain and wind, but they haven't got it right here yet!!!

I was really surprised when hubby said he had to travel 20 miles extra this morning, trying to find a way round the floods.  I didn't realise we had any so close to home!!  It's slightly breezy tonight but it's not raining.

It's been very blowy during the night.  According to the local weather foreacast, it's not goint to improve for the next few days.

Nope, not at all 😞 It was raining very heavily & also very windy here throughout the night last night 😞

So far this morning it's still windy & there are heavy passing showers mixed in with some hail & thunder/lightning for good measure...Not fun at all 😞

Lovely and sunny here but a bit breezy.  I suppose you might say it was good for drying washing, if you were that way inclined.  Which I'm not!
