I had salmon, a naked and mushy peas. He'll have fish fingers, naked and mushy peas but it's in the oven keeping warm as he's not back from his appointment with the consultant yet.  They're running very late.

Then I had fresh cream Victoria sponge.

Cake for me. Just cake.  My lovelly next door neighbour had a cooking spree and brought round a whole fruit cake.

One slice lead to another, and now I'm too stuffed to eat anything else.
