Lasagne and carrots and green Beans,,,maybe a strange combination but i like it. Scones and Butter and a cuppa for afters.

I will stick with my ice cold lemonade and chocolate - a lindt chocolate bunny had to make the ulimate sacrifice to provide the chocolate.

One of the junior doctors has promised to organise Heinz tomato soup if I feel up to it later.

Lovely stir fry followed by a shape yogurt. Very nice & hopefully helping me lose some fat!

Ches Souris it's an Admiral's Pie, or was it Captain's Pie?  Seeing as it was £1.29 from the corner shop it's probably Steerage Pie or Cabin Boy's Pie.  I have added extra grated cheese and am washing it downwith Ballycastle Caramel Cream Liqueur - 3 half-size bottles for a tenner in Caramel, Mint and Orange flavour  from A*&I.  Missing my Dad so raising a glass to his memory.
