today we had new spuddies, sprouts, and chicken kiev.

a piece of bara brith for afters, very nice.

Don't know what we're having for tea yet as we've been out for lunch.  We both had gammon and pineapple, chips, mushy peas and tomato.  Very nice it was too.

My daughter brought round some millionnaire's shortbread that she made today.  She said it made her husband...erm  well... let's just say she confiscated it and brought it round here  where it can't cause such a reaction!!

I had Salmon. New pots ,broad beans, broccoli , & sweet corn. + a pear.

Salmon en croute with buttered new potatoes, asparagus and hollandaise sauce..........................will be ready in about half an hour as managed to finish work a little earlier than expected today so a little more preparation time

Had a celebration at a local banqueting hall today celebrating 10 years of us doing citizenship ceremonies followed by an indian meal for the staff, new citizens, guests & VIPs, most of which I have no idea what it was but must say it was blooming lovely

Pizza tonight and I finished off the brownies and OH had lemon drizzle cake. 🙂
