I'd love an Easter Egg but I'm trying to lose weight. How come the things you like to eat tend to put weight on?
Hope that everyone else enjoys their easter eggs though.

I expect the grandchildren will have eggs but as adults we don't really bother unless it's a bag of mini eggs or something like that. You do pay far more per gramme for the chocolate when it's been made as an egg. Buy a bar & get more for your money! lol Saying that the small people said they would rather have the money than the egg this year. Sensible kids!

OOhhhh i like the Mini Eggs Easter Egg. I just went into WHSmiths with a gift card i have to spend. I said to myself just stick to Magazines or books,,no Chocolate. What did i come home with. A Box of Raffaellos,,the coconut ones that i love and a packet each of twix mixture.minstrels and Revels.!!! LOL. Im going to try and eat healthier for days up until Easter, then eat chocolate. I do like the Lindt Bunnies but they look too nice to bite into.

I got the four grandchildren a present and a small egg. The boy I got a book to make paper automata and the girls I got a big pack of felt each.
The the two children, the son in law and the hubby I get a smallish egg for. We usually get two eggs back each.

I already have a collection of Lindt chocolate bunnies in various colours and sizes - "himself" insists that they are breeding.

I don't really do Easter Eggs anymore - they're more of a kid's thing. I might get one each for my nephew and niece if they behave themselves - if they don't behave then they won't be getting an Easter Egg, simple as that. I still haven't definitely deciced that I'm going to buy them an Easter Egg anyway - if they play up and then wonder why they didn't get any Easter Eggs I'll just tell them that Farmer Giles shot the Easter Bunny and cooked it in a rabbit pie! That ought to shut the little blighters up!!

We don't do eggs anymore either, nephew and niece get money and my son doesn't want anything. If I were to get an egg it will have been bought by yours truly. I do have a bit of a thing about cream eggs though.
