Yesterday's television crew and weather girl were all giggling like silly little children because a dog happened to wander into the camera's view an did a No1 before carrying on, and yet not even children would giggle at something like that. It's an absolute non event and yet it's attracted hundreds of comments - I feel the television crew and studio staff should all grow up. "Don't look behind you Carol", run the headlines.

There's even a picture of it in today's super, sensational soaraway Shun wrongfully claiming it did a wooftie. It didn't - it was a female dog and all it did was a quick wee on the wet sand, that would have disappeared instantly. Not even worth a mention. That stupid girl in the studio was so giggly about it, it makes me wonder whether she was on something.

Or maybe I'm just a miserable old curmudgeon
