Transaction Interference is not permitted on the eBay.co.uk boards.
Here is more information on what constitutes Transaction Interference:

Transaction Interference within the Community:
Members aren't allowed to interfere with another member's transaction.
Members aren't permitted to contact buyers/sellers in an open or completed transaction to warn them away from the other party.
No 3rd party should take it upon themselves to contact a buyer/seller in a sale in which they were no part of or tell the person involved in the transaction to come and view a thread in which their situation is potentially being discussed. This is done with malicious intent. Naming & Shaming isn't allowed on the boards so if a member takes the time to figure out who the OP is discussing and then contacts that person directly to push them to a thread this will be in breach of our Transaction Interference policy.
Naming and shaming of any members for any reason (listing policy issues, feedback dissection, reporting violations via the Boards etc) is not and never has been permitted on the eBay.co.uk boards.
This applies regardless of the size of the seller and is at odds with our Boards Policy. It is also at odds with our Community Values and not what the vast majority of valued community members seek when they visit these boards.
Personal disputes are not permitted on the eBay.co.uk boards and are at odds with our Boards Policy.
Business registration replies where the initial query is unrelated to that topic:
If someone asks a question about UPI or feedback or DSRs: answer the question asked first. Share your expertise and your experiences and help fellow members. If it's relevant to the topic by all means mention business registration or bring it up after the central issue has been resolved.
If you choose to address it on thread you should do it in a constructive way. That means nice, helpful ,explaining why the member may need to consider business registration and look to include links to relevant help pages on the site. The comments should not be obtuse or confusing and should certainly not be hostile. Ultimately what posters should do is advise about the policy onsite around business registration. Any posting that is aggressive in it's attempts to force members to business register will constitute hostile posting and will be treated as such.
eBay runs it's own process to assess seller status and routinely asks sellers to opt into business registration or face restrictions on selling. Any queries regarding this should be directed to CS.
This post constitutes a staff instruction:
Members who fail to adhere to our Community policies can expect to have action taken against their account, this can include having posting rights revoked without warning and any subsequent accounts used to post will also be banned. Failure to adhere to these policies can result the in the suspension of all active eBay accounts for abuse of the Community Boards.
If you have any questions on our policies feel free to contact me.
Thanks,
Alan
