never had bathroom stuff fitted by B & Q but had a kitchen installed years ago and was very pleased. The kitchen fitter was self employed though and the company sub contracted to him so it could be dependant on who they give the work to. Big company surely can't afford bad publicity so would need to have a decent job made of it regardless of who does the work.
