Tonight is going to be interesting... the fertiliser is going to collide with the windmill in about 20 minutes from now...  the dozen or so regular illegal parkers on the double yellow lines in our road ( who think they are immune because the wardens go off duty by 21.00 ) have just been hit by a late night traffic warden raid with police escort; every single one of them has a little yellow love note stuck to the windscreen...

Well... there were lots of confused looks when people went to pick up their cars... getting in, getting ready to go, then getting out again and peeling the tickets off their windscreens...  It was about an hour later than I thought, though.  Lots of them gesticulating to each other and pointing at their windscreens...

I wonder how many of them will dare park on the double yellows tonight?!
