Question mark?

Is it just me or has that question mark for "Help" just arrived in the bottom right corner of the page which partially obscures the "arrow" for getting back to the top of the page?

As I post right now, the arrow is there but not the question mark but when I go to the normal forum page it's there and I can't get rid of it.

It's a nuisance becase I have to carefully click the bit of the arrow that's showing (to get to the top ofthe page) or "Help" and "How can we help you etc" appears.

Yeah I can see it and it pings around the page a bit as you scroll.

Depending on your mobile if you click the top of the screen it often also takes you back to the top of the page as well.

I'm using a desktop, Win 11, browser is Edge.

Now, another "up" arrow has appeared above the other and the question mark. Who's going crackers? My computer or ebay? 🤔

@cee-dee   you've come a little later to the party! 🤗  Like you I won't use the app and I'm on my faithful laptop

The  ' usual' 3 dots for reporting an item or for help,  was changed to the rather  (un)helpful, strange choice of a ? bottom right and has been for some time now.

For me,  not only is the ? covering my UP arrow,  leaving a tiny section to click on,  but today another up arrow has appeared on the half up arrow!  

I now have 3 icon symbols there.....   and counting ?? 🤔

Ha ha snap I've just written that too. 

Someone me thinks has been on the sherry a little too early , adding icon after icon in case we mere mortals cannot see the first ??? 🤔

Scroll right down to the very bottom of the page and see what happens to the arrows and question mark. It might be that whoever set up the pages has been only looking at a full screen page. They've not looked where most people would "stop", ie at the the post they've just read or post they've just made?
