As far as I can see, holders of free accounts will no longer be able to link to their images on Photobucket when using other sites, such as eBay.

 

Free to $400 a year in one go? That's not messing around.

 

Sad, really, as an awful lot of older posts on all sorts of forums will now lose their pictorial content.

Yes, even over 300 years ago there were people making specialist parts or doing a specific job. It's not generally realised that those with their name on things didn't make the whole thing.

 

It's thought that even the famous clockmakers bought in partly finished movements and over in France they had it down to a fine art by the 19th century. They called some of their "rough" movements a Blanc Roulant.

 

I've got all my pics (bar a very few) saved on my computer. I'm expecting that if I try to get a link off PB it'll either be blocked or if I copy the link, the uploaded pic will be replaced with that Black message about updating my account.
