My orders are being delivered to the wrong address. Please solve this problem.

We are members like yourself we have no access to your account and personal information on it, where you have your address registered.
I have sold items to addresses which have had lines added like ..... we are next door to *** or a similar instruction to help the delivery person.
Perhaps add some extra information to your address you have registered with eBay for delivery purposes, there are 5 addresses which need amending here:
https://accountsettings.ebay.co.uk/uas/addresses
You may need a laptop / PC and use Chrome and not the app or mobile browser to do this.

How do I return my items as the order came rotten and I bought the item as a guest

Here you go, this link explains the process for a refund , when you receive an item not as described, and bought as a Guest Purchase.

Someone just bid £300 on our games console and requested to cancel within 60seconds?? Can they do that?? It had multiple bids, so would have sold anyway - what a joke. I could bid on a £2,000 TV and say I've changed my mind. So frustrating, we needed the money, hence sale.
I can't find anyway of contacting eBay 🤷

Can't see how - it asks me to 'rate my experience ' but I'm only allowed to select 'positive' or not able to leave feedback 🤷

no and any number you find for eBay has a automated answerphone attached. With no help whatsoever. This number you call just tells you that you have called outside their business hours. Then your phone call is cut short 0800 358 6551 This number is of no help whatsoever.

Just open another Thread on here and explain your problem. ( eBay are not interested ) All they do is wipe the a.r.s.e of their seller. who is quite happy to rip you off for your money. Opening another Thread on here is a complete waste of yours and my time. Why open another thread. You will only go round and round in that vicious circle And eventually go mad. And not get anywhere. Sellers know there is no means of you the buyer getting your money back. Im now off to call my bank and see where I go from there. Hopefully I will get a result.

Everyone just do as I have just done. I was sold a Faulty mobile phone. It was faulty to the core, Seller said it was in good working order. Then started not answering my messages, The phone was calling random numbers from my phone book. Freezing to the point id have to hold the power button to force it to turn it off. So I called my bank explained the problem. So I'm now going over the top of eBay. And getting a full refund. And now I don't care weather the seller gets their phone back anyway.

Thanks for your request to receive a call about your account peugeot-405-collector.
We tried to contact you, but weren't able to reach you at the phone number on file, because either:
I have a knackered phone, is I couldn't answer your phone call. or call you back because the phone I bought from snookerman85 Freezes cancels calls, randomly calls people in my phone book.
SO SORT YOUR ANNOYING PHONE LINES OUT SO OTHERS CAN CALL AND SPEAK TO A HUMAN NOT A HIGHLY IRRITATING AUTOMATED PHONE SYSTEM.

Sorry if someone in the thread has already mentioned this, didn't have time to go through it entirely 😉
Ebay UK number is: 0345 355 3229
Freephone is: 0800 358 6551
I've recently called them quite a few times successfully.
FYI -
An AI automated female voice answers asking you for your date of birth.
Sometimes I've had problems where it is not recognised whether I say it or enter it via the keypad, but after three attempts it goes to the next stage where it asks you how she can help.
Just say what your query is about e.g. refund.
She may say "can I send you a link..." (in regards to the associated query).
You just need to say "No", then your directed straight through to the Ebay Customer Services team (you may have to hold on a little depending on how busy they are, but it's worth the wait).
My experience of the Ebay Customer Services team is that they are outstanding, poilite, understanding, and are REALLY ready to help you with your situation.
I truly thank the team for sorting out my Ebay issues 😊

Be careful of 0345 numbers they could find you with a big charge especially if they're asking you for personal details... date of birth?? Wasting time. 🙄
No details necessary to give CS, here, as this is the easiest and quickest way to contact eBay Customer Services, for a Call Back option.
https://www.ebay.co.uk/help/eua?id=5275&mkevt=1&mkpid
Lines open 8 a.m. - 10 p.m. on weekdays
9 a.m. - 6 p.m. on weekends.
Automated agents will be available on chat outside of the above hours.
I do recommend contacting CS very first thing in the morning, when the lines first open, as there's more chance of Dublin answering.

Thanks!
Re: 0345 numbers
Some mobile phone tariff plans offer them for free, mine does 😉
