we shipped a small funnel out last week, customer just sent us a direct message saying its broken and its cheap and they want a refund. they sent us a picture and the funnel is a totally different funnel.
We manufacture from our own unique mold so its impossible to try pull the wool over our eyes with this.
the funnel looks different and is almost twice the size. lol
i asked for more detailed pictures , so then they pictured twice the funnel we sent but with their fingers covering most of it up so we cant see its not damaged.. ive asked for pictures of them not holding it and now they say they are commuting and cant.. lol
now they have opened a return and are threatening bad feedback..
All this to try fraud us £3.50 for god sake..
We have reported them but its just so dissheartening that this kind of thing is happening. We are a family business and these sort of crimes are not fair to us.
