Have bought and sold on ebay for 18 years with 100% feedback and nearly 900 score. They claimed they could not verify my identity even after supplying driving license, birth certificate bank statement and utility bill. Their answer permanently suspend my account and hold on to nearly £1000 of my money. That was back in February this year so 9 months later after filing a complaint with the FOS, I finally received an email from ebay claiming to try and sort my funds. They request the same documents I,ve already provided and the links they supplied to upload said documents are no good. Here for you to try.

Love the phrase "We have been collaborating with our compliance specialists" but we know they have no choice as the way they are treating people is boarderline criminal which the Financial Ombudsman Service are happy to act upon.
Great to hear from anyone who has experienced the quality service ebay seems to be delivering and remain almost impossable to contact. ChatBot or representative with broken English who cut you off when they reach the end of the corporate scirpt
