ebay's UK policy on sale of Train Tickets needs up-dating

Hello ebay (hopefully someone listening), I believe your Travel Ticket Policy for UK train tickets needs up-dating.  It does not reflect the up-dated National Rail "National Conditions of Travel" (April 2024) which now allows the transfer of tickets for face value or below.  Please see section 5.  You are missing out on share of the market on train ticket resale - which appears to be only through a dedicated Facebook group in the UK.

Thanks you.  Didn't realise that.  Is there any way to communicate with them on something like this?
