any buyers have order for Kelo.cote 15gm from seller?

I have order for kelo.cote 15gm under order no. 20-13149-68396.  However I pressed a wrong key by mistakes to close the case.  Now the seller request me to post back the products to China and told me she will  refund me and give me the postage fee .  The postage fee by air from UK to China is much much higher the products price I bought.  now I want ebay to help me to solve, but ebay ai told me they can't  because I close the case already.  the transaction is within  2 weeks only .  Can anyone suggest me a solution ?

Once you close a case another cannot be opened for that item with eBay.

Take a look at the original listing,  many Chinese sellers use a forwarding company in the UK.  This won't help you now,  but for future never be fobbed off that an item has to go back to China,  when the listing states item location somewhere in the UK.  Item then goes back to that UK address.

Was the item faulty,  you could try your payment provider for help with a refund now.
