I bought a model car back in October.
It was intended as a gift, but when it arrived, the transfers were not applied correctly, and it looked awful. Obviously, I couldn't give it as a gift.
I contacted them immediately with photographs showing the problem, and requested a return, but they kept offering me a discount instead. I didn't realise there was a time limit on returns, and I realise now that they did and were just playing a waiting game, until it was too late for me to do anything.
I have tried to contact Ebay but keep getting useless Bots, so I have given up trying to return the item, and I am posting this as a warning to other buyers instead.

Too late to take any action under eBay's (Not as described) 30 day Money Back Guarantee --- you may still be in time to try for a refund case through your Bank/Card payment issuer ?.
