agreed sale with seller couple of days ago and price etcetera. After accepting and endorsing price delivery and all other information per as eBay instill and under buying selling and barter with English law and tort sale should have been completed. However, after seller as 'bombarded' me with issues over payment and since banks and postal 2nd class delivery are not applicable, I replied in good faith and honesty Monday.
This seller seemed rather upset and the cancelled the sale stating too eBay, misplaced, damaged or something incorrect. Prior to his request with you he remonstrated that it's like Tesco and purchase of some item ???? Absolutely ambiguous as I didn't understand logic or issue.
Anyway he's cancelled sale through eBay rulings and English law and tort by contract between parties.
