I sold an item in perfect condition with photos, the person said it was damaged before l sent it and l knew of the damage and it was not done in transport he wants a full refund for the damaged item what should l do

It looks like you sent by Simple Delivery.

If that's the case ask the buyer to open a "not as described" claim and choose" damaged in transit".

That way Ebay refund buyer and you keep original payment.
